| When comming to a complete stop on the street, leave in whatever gear you were in, and use the breaks. pop out of gear and into neutral when RPM's get low. whatever you do, do not make a habit of "slowly letting out the clutch" to match revs. when you downshift you have to give it gas so you dont have to let the clutch out slow to shift smoothly. riding the clutch is what you are doing and it puts a ton of wear on your clutch. downshifting to "save your brakes" is INSANE and thats the most common reason i hear. you are putting way more wear and tear on your trans and clutch.
brake pads are 50 bucks a pair and 30 minutes...... a typical clutch job is $400 and more then a few hours.
Antihero These 2530's ain't half bad ;)
